• Article 25 of the Indian Constitution says that all persons are equally entitled to freedom of conscience and the right to freely profess, practice, and propagate religion.
  (भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 25 कहता है कि सभी व्यक्तियों को अंतरात्मा की स्वतंत्रता और धर्म को स्वतंत्र रूप से मानने, अभ्यास करने और प्रचार करने का समान अधिकार है।)

1. Wearing and carrying of Kirpans is to be included in the profession of the Sikh religion.

2. The context of the word ‘HINDUS’ includes Sikhs, Jains, and Buddhists.
   (‘हिंदु’ शब्द के संदर्भ में सिख, जैन और बौद्ध धर्म के लोग शामिल हैं।)

1. Right to Freedom of Conscience of religion (धर्म की अंतरात्मा की आज़ादी का अधिकार)

• It means the absolute inner freedom of an individual, to mold his relation with God or Creatures in whatever way he desires.
  (इसका अर्थ है किसी व्यक्ति की पूर्ण आंतरिक स्वतंत्रता, ईश्वर या प्राणियों के साथ अपने संबंध को जिस तरह से वह ढालना चाहता है।)

2. Right to Profess religion (धर्म को मानने का अधिकार)

• It means to declare one’s religious beliefs and faith openly and freely without any fear.
  (इसका अर्थ है अपने धार्मिक विश्वासों और आस्था को बिना किसी भय के खुलेआम और स्वतंत्र रूप से घोषित करना।)

3. Right to Practice religion (धर्म का पालन करने का अधिकार)

• It means to perform religious worship, rituals, ceremonies, and exhibition of beliefs and ideas.
  (इसका अर्थ है धार्मिक पूजा, अनुष्ठान, समारोह और मान्यताओं और विचारों का प्रदर्शन करना।)
  

4. Right to Propagate religion (धर्म प्रचार का अधिकार)

• It means the Right of Transmission and Dissemination of one’s religious beliefs to others. It also allows the explanation of beliefs of one’s religion.
  (इसका अर्थ है दूसरों को अपने धार्मिक विश्वासों के प्रसारण और प्रसार का अधिकार। यह किसी के धर्म की मान्यताओं की व्याख्या की भी अनुमति देता है।)
• But it does not include a right to convert another person to one’s own religion. Forcible conversions can have a negative impact on one’s FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE which is guaranteed to all persons alike.
  (लेकिन इसमें किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को अपने धर्म में परिवर्तित करने का अधिकार शामिल नहीं है। जबरन धर्मांतरण किसी की अंतरात्मा की स्वतंत्रता पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव डाल सकता है। अंतरात्मा की स्वतंत्रता सभी व्यक्तियों को समान रूप से दी जाती है।)

• The state can regulate or restrict any economic, financial, political, or other secular activity associated with religious practice.
  (राज्य धार्मिक अभ्यास से जुड़ी किसी भी आर्थिक, वित्तीय, राजनीतिक या अन्य धर्मनिरपेक्ष गतिविधि को नियंत्रित या प्रतिबंधित कर सकता है।)
  
• The state can provide social welfare and reform or open up Hindu religious institutions of a public character to all sections and classes of Hindus ( Sikh, Jain, or Buddhist religions).
