• Adjectives formed from proper nouns are called proper adjectives. Like Indian, African, European, etc. Indians are made from India, Africans are made from Africa. India and Africa are proper names.
  व्यक्तिवाचक संज्ञा से बनने वाले विशेषण, व्यक्तिवाचक विशेषण कहलाते हैं। जैसे इंडियन, अफ्रीकन, यूरोपियन आदि। इंडिया से इंडियन, अफ्रीका से अफ्रीकन बने हैं। इंडिया एवं अफ्रीका व्यक्तिवाचक संज्ञा है।

• Proper adjectives need to be capitalized because they are used to describe the names of people, places, and things.
  व्यक्तिवाचक विशेषण को पूंजीकृत करने की आवश्यकता होती है क्योंकि उनका उपयोग लोगों, स्थानों और चीजों के नामों का वर्णन करने के लिए किया जाता है।

Example – The proper noun (India) is the name of a country and starts with a capital letter. The proper adjective of “India” is “Indian” which must also start with a capital letter. उदाहरण – व्यक्तिवाचक संज्ञा (भारत) एक देश का नाम है और एक बड़े अक्षर से शुरू होता है। “इंडिया” का व्यक्तिवाचक विशेषण “इंडियन” है, इसे भी एक बड़े अक्षर से शुरू होना चाहिए।
